• $9.95 AUD flat rate shipping for the rest of Australia.

• Next-day local pickup available at Flockd Burleigh (Monday – Friday).

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Cosy Club Co. cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for:

• Exchange

• Store credit only

Please note:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your store credit or arrange your exchange.
